What payment methods do you accept?

When will I receive my order?

Once you have paid for your order, it will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. This all depends on where we are sending your package to.

Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is FREE for all orders over R600. National parcels (in South Africa) cost R70 to all major cities and towns. If you do live in an outlaying area then you will be asked to pay a fee of R150. Please select the correct shipping fee upon checkout. 

Where is my tracking number?

Once your order is ready to ship and be picked up by our courier, you will get a tracking number sent to your email address that you used at checkout. Please allow 24 hours or so for your tracking number to update in their system. If you did not receive a tracking number, make sure to check your spam or junk folder in your email. For any other inquiries, please email us at

Products + ordering

Can I change or cancel my order?

Customers can cancel their order if they request to do so before their order is fulfilled. Once the order is fulfilled and on its way, we cannot cancel an order and the regular return process will be required. If you are needing to update your address or email on an order, please email customer service to make the change. Please be aware that if you order has already been fulfilled, address changes will not be able to be corrected. So we highly recommend double checking all info entered at checkout.

One of the items that I ordered arrived damaged or is faulty. What do I do now?

We personally check that everything that we send to our customers is of the best quality and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we can’t control how your parcel  is treated during transport. Although, we do our best to package your parcel so that it can stay safe during transport. So please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order what is wrong with it, with photos to of the damage and we can assess what the problem is and how to deal with it. Ultimately, want the planner in you to be happy! You will have to return the item to us at your own cost (however if this is actioned within 14 days  – we will refund you for the shipping. This only applies to local shipping within South Africa. 

I'm not happy with something I bought and I want to return it to you - can I do this?

If you are returning a product because it arrived to you damaged – please see the previous question. 

We want you to love your new paper goods so if what you receive is not what you expected, please send us an e-mail at We will be happy to return and refund/replace if your product within 14 days of you receiving it. Returns are done on your own cost, the goods must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and the goods need to be packaged appropriately for transport (i.e. enough protective wrapping to ensure the product won’t get damaged during transport). If we receive a damaged product (that left your hands undamaged) we unfortunately cannot refund you. Once we receive your package and it is in a sellable condition, we will refund you with pleasure.


Can I buy something from your website and send it to a friend as a gift?

Of course! Who doesn’t love giving gifts. We are more than happy to send your package to your friend with a note from you on the Thank You card that will be included in your order.  Please write your note in the “Special Instructions” section at checkout.
